Alcohol Permit Application Readiness Check | Conference and Event Services

The following form will help you assess your readiness for applying for an alcohol permit. Please answer all questions and mark all checkboxes to acknowledge all requirements can be met.

Event Space & Attendance

If my event is on campus, I must either have a CEMS reservation number or my department or organization manages the event space.

You can find more information about making a CEMS reservation here.

The number of attendees under the age of 21 must be less than 10% of the total attendee count.

Events serving alcohol may not be open to the public without capacity control. Your event must have an attendee list or be ticketed.

Catering & Alcohol Service

Service of food and non-alcoholic beverages will be required. How will your food & beverages be provided?

Food will be dropped off

Olive & Vine is unavailable or unable to provide service. We will use another caterer (carve out required)

I understand that serving distilled spirits is highly discouraged. However, if opting to do so, the following must be provisioned:

a licensed server
event security
a facility with a facility manager
