The rental rates listed are for the campus community only for official university business and do not apply to non-university sponsored events. Also, the rates listed reflect facility rental only. Additional charges may apply for staffing, audio visual, facility attendants, reservations outside building hours, etc. Rates listed are subject to change at any time without notice.

Conference and Event Services Rates
|Event Advising and Coordination (campus client)||$105.00/hour|
|Reservation Fee: General Assignment Classrooms (e.g. 2 Wellman)||$10.00/room/day|
|Reservation Fee: All Paid Facilities* (e.g. Alumni Center AGR Room)||$45.00/room/day|
|Annual Event Priority Access||$210.00 flat fee|
|Registered Caterer Fee||$500.00|
|Directional Sign Coordination Fee**||$105.00/order|
- * For all events where money is collected or fees are charged (e.g. Ticket sales, registration fees, fundraising), the $45.00/room/day reservation fee applies.
- **Does not include Sign Shop Fees which will be billed separately and can range from $175-$225/sign order.
- ***For all events where money is collected or fees are charged (e.g. Ticket sales, registration fees, fundraising), the $20.00/room/day cancellation fee applies.
