Catering on Campus

Events held on campus can be catered through University Catering by Sodexo. To see a current brochure, please visit their web site at http://catering.ucdavis.edu/
Registered non-university caterers can cater in most facilities with the exception of the Silo Union, Med Sci Cafe and the Gunrock Pub. Please see the UC Davis Approved Caterers Page for a list of registered caterers. Please note that any caterer must go through this process to cater an event on campus. All caterers on the list must be able to provide zero waste options.
A registered caterer must be able to provide the appropriate coverage. Exceptions to the list of requirements are not granted.
SELF CATER EXCEPTION:
Exceptions to the campus catering policy are limited. The request for an exception cannot be used for those who wish to use a non-registered caterer. Exception requests must be granted by the facility manager; please contact them directly regarding your request.
