Update to Billing Policy and Procedures

Dear Event Planners,

Beginning July 1, 2011, a $35 reservation fee will be charged to the agency account provided at the time the reservation is created instead of charging the fee after the event occurs.  A reservation fee will be collected for events that fall within the following parameters:

  • Reservations that occur after July 1, 2011 in a billable room, or a reservation that is charging registration or collecting funds in a non-paid space
  • Reservations created on or after July 1, 2011 in a billable room, or a reservation that is charging registration or collecting funds in a non-paid space

Please note the $35 reservation fee will become non-refundable as of September 1, 2011, even if the reservation is cancelled.  This fee will replace the $20 cancellation processing fee we have charged in the past.  This new policy will apply to reservations that are created on or after September 1st, as well as events that occur on or after September 1, 2011.
